1.) Breastfeed- According to WebMD (read article here), breastfeeding burns extra calories so it can help you lose pregnancy weight faster. It releases the hormone oxytocin, which helps your uterus return to its pre-pregnancy size.
2.) Drinks lots of fluids- Water, Soups, Smoothies. I have a hard time drinking water so I drink tea which is great for you BHRC gives you a great recipe for ginger tea.
3.) Lots of walking- I had a Caesarean section and I must say the pain hurts but lying in bed makes it worse. Walk around your hospital room as soon as you can. Then when you get home try to walk around the house as much as you can.
