National Seafood Month

This post is sponsored by Fresh Baby in honor of National Seafood Month. I have partnered with Fresh Baby to bring awareness of importance of eating fish.

In my family we eat alot of fish two to three times a week and we eat fish because fish is loaded with Omega 3’s and vitamins that are great for brain development. Our family loves to eat wild salmon, whiting, and porgies. To get the most out of eating fish try to limit frying it but bake, it or steam it to get the most nutrition out of it.

View this guest post on Baby Centers blog written by the founder of Fresh Baby where she talks about the 411 on Fish and your family.

As mentioned before our family loves fish and the most simplest fish recipe that we make is with salmon here is a great recipe listed below.
