9 Healthy Cereals That Kids Will Love

It’s hard to find a cereal that tastes good and is healthy. I have brought cereals and had to throw them away because my kids didn’t like them. I decided to create this list of cereals to help moms avoid the same mistakes that I made. 

  1. Cascadian Farms-Fruitful O’s
    Organic
    100% Whole Grain
    8g Sugar 

  2. Cascadian Farms-Berry Vanilla
    Organic

    7g sugar

       3. Moms Best-Crispy Cocoa Rice
           13g sugar (a bit higher in sugar) but not a lot of chemicals 

       4.  Kashi-Dark Cocoa Karma
            100% Whole Grain
            9g sugar
            6g fiber 
           Good Source of iron

        5. Kashi-Berry Crumble 
            Organic
            7g sugar
             3g fiber

        6. Kashi- Honey Cinnamon
            Organic
             7g sugar
             3g fiber

         7. Kashi-Sunshine
             100% Whole Grain
             7g sugar
             4g fiber

My kids have tried all of these cereals and love them. They have organic ingredients but remind of my childhood favorite like frosted flakes and Trix. With the onset of kids developing diabetes I want to make sure my kids are eating real ingredients and not a lot of sugar.
