    Benefits of Juicing

I brought a juicer and I love it. Why juice?

Very few of us are eating the diet we need to in order to achieve optimal health. With the introduction of raw fruit and vegetable juicing to your daily diet, even an admittedly poor diet becomes extremely healthy and life-giving. Improving your state of health is possible without making drastic changes to your diet. Through vital foods juicing, you are giving your body the vitality, nutrients and digestive enzymes that you should be ingesting and would be ingesting on a vital plant food diet. How to clean with vinegar

Vinegar This acidic wonder can wipe out tarnish, soap scum, mineral deposits, and more. Among natural cleaners, it’s the clear champ. Distilled white vinegar creates an environment that inhibits the growth of mold, mildew, and some bacteria, such as E. coli and salmonella, says Jeffrey Hollender, author of Naturally Clean ($18, amazon.com). Price: About $1.80 for a quart at supermarkets.

Use It to Clean Your… Coffeemaker: Pour equal parts vinegar and water into the machine’s water chamber, then switch on the brew cycle. Halfway through, turn off the coffeemaker and let the solution sit for about an hour. Turn it on again to complete the cycle, then run several cycles with clean water. Dishwasher:

To disinfect the interior of the machine, pour ½ cup vinegar into the reservoir and run an empty cycle, says Hunter. Or place a small bowl filled with vinegar on the bottom rack and run an empty cycle. Drains: Clean drains―and the pipes they’re attached to―by pouring vinegar down them. After 30 minutes, flush with cold water.

Floors: Add ¼ cup vinegar to a bucket of warm water to clean almost any type of floor except marble (vinegar can scratch it) or wood (vinegar can strip it). Glassware: For spotless hand-washed glasses, add 1 cup vinegar to the rinse water.

Moldy walls: Spray vinegar on the affected areas. After about 15 minutes, rinse and let dry thoroughly.

Showerheads: To combat mineral deposits, pour vinegar into a plastic grocery bag and knot the handles over the neck of the showerhead, securing with rubber bands. Let soak overnight. Rinse with water in the morning.

Steam iron: To get rid of mineral deposits, fill the iron with equal parts vinegar and water; press the steam button. Turn off, let cool, empty, and rinse. Windows: Mix ¼ cup vinegar, 2 cups water, and a squirt of liquid Castile soap in a spray bottle. Spritz windows and wipe with a sheet of newspaper.

I use vinegar to clean my floors and it removes dirt very well.

    What would your insides say?

In this world of ours, that which matters most is not what happens to the outside of things, but what happens to the inside of people. We can dress up with the best shirt, skirt, pants, and tie but the God wants to know what is going on in the inside and I think that includes our health

Does God intend for us to eat McDonalds and Burger King does God care about what we eat?

You know the expression you are what you eat. When we look at the number of people dying from cancer could it mean lack of greens and too much acid in our diet? Lots of fried food, soda. Have you thought about the food you are eating?

The importance of eating organic. What is organic?
Organic food is food grown and processed without the use of genetic engineering and any sort of synthetic or artificial fertilizer. It is grown without use of all of the pesticides, herbicide and fungicide.

    My health story

Was I always organic? No growing up in my southern home I ate southern style, hammocks, pork, macaroni and cheese, collard greens, red rice, oxtail (whew almost had a flashback) but my grandmother had diabetes, high blood pressure, cataracts, acid relux if I knew what I know now about the make-up of my body I would have been able to help her. She died with all these ailments and my goal is to live without getting these diseases but I too was heading down the wrong food path like soda for breakfast and bad constipation (which can lead to colon cancer)
