Exfoliate using Coconut Oil and Baking Soda
My face is super sensitive….So that means I can’t use ponds, dove soap or anything with fragrance on my face. my face breaks out in bumps. When I was younger, I used Noxzema on my skin but realized it wasn’t giving me the same results as when I was in high school but I was still using it I would wash my face with Noxzema and then I would put Vaseline on my skin and that was it.
When I got married, I decided to get a facial and when the lady at the spa put some commercial product on my skin she noticed how sensitive my skin was so she realized a fruit facial would work best for my skin. I still remember the smell of fresh strawberries, mangos and cucumbers. I also have a review on how I use Aloe Vera on my skin.
Exfoliate using Coconut Oil and Baking Soda
I was using Coconut Oil since I started on a more healthy track. I would use it on my hair as a deep conditioner and on my body. Just recently, I started using coconut oil with baking soda as a natural exfoliate I have used sugar scrubs on my face but they can be a bit harsh but the baking soda feels less harsh and exfoliates while coconut oil moisturize.
During Bible times women were beautiful but did they have Dove and Sephora and Nars but there was honey, milk and Myrrh. According to abouteating.com, Bathsheba, wife of King David was said to sue Olive Oil, myrrh oil. frankincense and other oils to scent and massage her skin.
