Unprocessed and farm-grown meat can be healthy and nutritious, but its processed counterpart isn’t. Studies back this by revealing individuals who eat processed meat more than unprocessed meat tend to have a higher risk of developing several medical ailments, including type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and colon cancer.
