Most people know that what you do in the morning can have a significant impact on your day. The decisions and habits you choose to cultivate in the morning will set the tone for how productive, happy, and healthy your day will be. For this reason, it is essential to consider four things that should always be included in your morning routine.

#1 Breakfast

A good breakfast is the key to your productivity and energy for the day. Eating a healthy breakfast will help you be more alert, focused, motivated, and productive throughout the morning. In addition, a balanced meal with protein (like eggs) can set you up for better brain function in general, along with a fresh cup of juice produced by a clean juicer. There are many different options that would work well as an energizing morning meal- try something new each week!

Breakfast foods should include: Protein like eggs or Greek yoghurt; Carbohydrates like oatmeal or toast; Fruits such as strawberries and bananas; Dairy products such as milk or cheese; and grains like oats or granola bars.

#2 Exercise

Exercise is one of the most critical aspects of your morning routine, and it can be done right before or after breakfast. It’s time to do something about those New Year’s resolutions!

How often you exercise in the morning should depend on what works best for you – some people prefer exercising first thing in the morning, while others enjoy doing yoga before work. If possible, try to make sure that whatever activity you choose has an element of stretching so that muscles are loose and ready for use ahead of sitting at a desk all day.

If there isn’t enough time to squeeze in both workouts into your schedule, then consider starting with 15 minutes instead; this will allow yourself more flexibility if things come up throughout the day (e.g., meetings, phone calls) and will also help you avoid any mental or physical fatigue that would have occurred if the full workout was skipped.

#3 Quiet time

It is essential to create time for yourself so that you can unwind after a long day. A few minutes of quiet time each morning will allow your mind and body to slow down, de-stress from the previous day’s activities, and prepare for what lies ahead during the upcoming hours.

There are many ways in which you could spend this early hour: either taking a brisk walk or enjoying some light yoga; reading an inspirational book or article; or even meditating on your breathing with eyes closed in silence. The possibilities really are endless!

#4 Vitamins

Since your body is so busy during the morning without you even realizing it, there’s a chance that you may be deficient in some particular vitamins. While there are many options available to turn this around- like taking supplements or eating more leafy greens- one of the easiest ways to make sure you’re getting enough nutrients for breakfast is by making fruit smoothies with yoghurt and orange juice! This will provide an instant dose of vitamin C as well as healthy fats from Greek yoghurt to prevent any cravings later on in the day.
